"Mountain Rescue: On the Edge" is not without its high points! The author was able to successfully create suspenseful moments within the story. At those moments, the book became addictive; a page turner! The chemistry between the two main characters, regarding their personal and professional relationship and much like the first book in the series, was easy to grasp. Unfortunately, that's where the magic ends for me. The plot line was predictable, and there were times the emotions of the characters went from one extreme to the other. When this occurred the book became unrealistic and overly dramatic.

Sky Croft definitely has potential when it comes to this novel, however in my opinion, the effort came up short. This book is a simple read with a foreseeable plot.

Stands on its own . What more can i say awesome read, kept me interested i couldn't put it down
What can I say I just love these characters! Last night I finished Sky Croft 's continuing saga of Saber and Sydney. Just as good as the first and contained all of the elements we have come to love in Shy's stories, adventure, danger, love, humanity and family. I love the rock climbing backdrop of these books and although being afraid of heights would never actually do it myself, do adore reading about it! I can't wait to see what's next for Saber and Syd, my vote- i'm hoping for a rock climbing baby ;) Definitely recommend! Go ! Read! Now!!
Saber and Sydney interaction through the whole book, it was simply beautiful, It keeps you grinding through the whole book as you read how much love is there. Im hoping for a third book!!!
its a good read
This is part 2 of the Mountain Rescue series. It simply picks up where the first one ended, which is great, if you've read the first one. It's shorter, and I felt a little cheated. But it's good reading, with love and adventure.
This is the second book I've read by this author. The writing is good and the plot was good. BUT it took forever to get to any exciting new material outside of the guys on the team do when they aren't doing rescues. It was nice to have Saber be welcomed into the family of doctors. The major rescue was exciting and I was holding my breath at time.
